Chicago Policies
A credit card is required to initiate an
instrument trial. Your card will be
charged for shipping and insurance, and card
information will be held for security during
the trial.
You may request up to as many as three
oboe/English horns at one trial.
Your trial is for up to and no more than 10
days. Any instruments you decided not
to purchase must be received back within the
10 day trial period unless special
arrangements have been made with Oboe
Chicago. If the policy is not followed
appropriately, a restocking fee of $50 will
apply.
You are responsible for shipping and
insurance both ways, no additional trial
fees are charged.
Oboe Chicago gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express, personal check,
money order, or wire.
Oboe Chicago not only arranges trials of
their instruments by shipping but we also
proudly invite you to come to our showroom
in a 'boutique' style by appointment only.
We provide you a private area acoustically
very pleasing to listen and make a very
thorough decision of your instruments for
trial.
